"I have worked with Tricia Twirner -State Farm for years and have never had problems. Recently, I called up their office to find out pricing for an existing vehicle I own that I wanted to give to my son; Bob was fantastic, working pricing so we could find the best option for my son and his budget. In that same call, Bob also provided pricing on two new 2026 vehicles I was looking at. I called back a few hours later to inquire on a third make and model. Bob provided several quotes, so quickly.
I cannot express enough how easy it is to call, speak to a person, get answers and feel satisfied with the service from this office!
Bought a new car today, spoke with Shaina; they were easily able to find the quotes and set up insurance on the new vehicle!"

"I have been with State Farm for 20+ years! I switched once, and quickly transferred back. They have always done their best to find me the cheapest rates, taking advantage of different discounts available to me. When I have had accidents/other damages happen to my vehicles over the years and they have always been sooo helpful, knowledgeable; understanding, and do everything they can to make claims as painless as possible. I have heard horror stories about other companies from friends/family about the process of claims and I can say with this State Farm branch, I have NEVER been through any of that.

I have deal with ALL of their agents in the office, they are all so friendly, and eager to assist you with whatever you need may be regardless of the how big or small even if it's a few minutes before their day ends! If it's a question they do not know the answer to, they will find the answer and get back to you asap.

I'm so grateful for having such a reliable, devoted insurance agency! I would highly recommend them!"

"I had been with State Farm and TWO offices closed. I “ended up” at this office. I was ready to change, I called the office and spoke with Tricia. I knew I wanted to stay after a phone call. Now I have been there for YEARS! EVERYONE I speak with is knowledgeable, professional and very nice! I have called with questions and concerns, needing new policies, etc. They are patient and always help as needed. They will deal with a mortgage company, lender, whatever you need. They will tell you the pros and cons of options without giving their personal opinion. At this point they know me when I call, some just by voice, some by name. They are Maine people, helping Maine people so they know what you need! I will go to this office for any service they provide. I HIGHLY recommend this State Farm office!"

"The service at this agency is the best. I just bought a new truck and one call to adding it to my policy. After about a five minute call I was all set. Fifteen minutes later and I had a proof of insurance card so I could register and get new plates. Great service. Thank you very much."

We needed a new car insured so we could take it home and they turned it around, so we could take the car home the same day.
